I'm in the exact same boat. Deposited $50USD and got a 25 pound sign up bonus and 25 pound monthly bonus, and have played 300 hands, so both should have cleared, but only my initial deposit shows up (broke even on poker play).
There is NOTHING in their offer that implies that the bonus is only valid in the casino. ie, it should be valid in the poker room......
