Ok, I talked with a support person. I'm a bit confused now.

I deposited 300 pounds this morning and played the hands. My Balance is now 384 pounds, which includes the 50 pounds from the bonuses and 34 pounds in winnings. This is fine.

However my Withdrawl Limit is only 334 pounds - 50 pounds less than my Balance.

So, have I been properly credit with the bonus or not? The customer support girl was a little confused as well (at first she insisted that the bonuses were only in the casino) so I'm not entire sure this is all fine.

Don't ask me why I deposited 300 pounds. I should have just done 150 or so. I need to know if everything is cool because I want to withdraw and leave just enough money to comfortably play the 25 pound monthly bonus next month.
