Go for the bonus and forgetaboutit. Your gonna give yourself ulcers trying to second guess the latest conspiracy theory hatched by Empire.

No one but Empire could ever answer your question for certain. It would just be speculation.

So, if you are at Empire just for the bonus, then just play the bonus. If you like the place stay there and give it some extra action.
