Most sites allow you to get bonus and rakeback, but the bonus comes off your monthly generated rake (so lets say you generate $100 in rake and have a 25% rakeback. If you clear $50 of bonus in generating the rake your net rake is $50, so your rakeback is only $12.50).

There are a few sites that don't take bonuses off the rake - absolute is one like ill Bill says. Ultimate bet is also one and I have heard that pokerplex is another (though I can't vouch for that one personally).
