I am not playing this group until they get their problems resolved. They are using the same processor as many other casino groups who are paying ia check with no hitches.

So I believe they are the problem not the processor.

I was not getting my usual VIP treatment and their loyalty points program is one of the worse right now.

Until it improves I will play elsewhere.
