What you have stated above, is exactly all that matters in this issue.

I'll be honest, I don't read terms, never thought it was important for I don't use bonuses of any kind, and the few I play at (use to play at) never has thrown that term at me and I know I have withdrawn a LOT more than ever deposited, a few times! IF I go back to playing at an online casino, I'll be reading entire T'sandC's for such ignorant terms, and avoid those casinos.

So please, read over EVERY single online casinos Terms and Conditions BEFORE depositing and playing, the ones with this rule, Do Not deposit there, keep looking and find one you feel comfortable (that hasn't a bad reputation like...XYZ group) with who don't have the term.
