My apologies for losing my objectivity and my rudeness to Mystic. It was uncalled for and there is no excuse, it just finally got under my skin and I blew. This is the most civilized forum on the net and *hole-ism need not be tolerated.
It's an unfortunate situation whether her jackpot was 'fairly' trapped by that crappy term or not. There are a lot of lessons to be learned from this issue. But I'll leave it to others to learn their own lessons as I have learned mine.
I'll be staying out of this issue from here on. Bryan informed me that she had indeed PaB. All I can assume is that the casino did not provide him with the numbers months ago or he would have told her that she did or did not have a standing, and she would have reported that to us. Instead she had to rely on another member to transcribe and sort the mess out from screen shots.
I have never given the 'benefit of the doubt' to them and taken their side, nor could I give the benefit to her if she did not have the numbers crunched.
Without data there is no way to form a alid opinion. I'm not willing to automatically take the casino's nor the player's side in any dispute, even though here, because of reputation, it is easy to lean toward the player's side.
Other than I am bowing out of this issue, I've said all I have meant to say in the last few weeks, so I won't repeat it. And other than my meltdown rudeness the other day, I stand by everything I have said and every question I have asked.
