I'll briefly explain.

Multipoker was one of the first sites BW covered. Many whores did the bonus and then cashed out. Multipoker didn't pay BW for 2 months, so BW delisted Multipoker and then they were blacklisted for shady business practices. Many months later Multipoker paid BW. When BW approached Multipoker about renewing the relationship, they declined.
