Managers who have personal endettas against clients just because they win frequently obviously don't realize that they would come out better in the longrun making their customers happy. There's too many out there to choose from to deal with this crap!

My only advice I can give is..
Play at an ACCREDITED casino. Been there, done that with Prism until I found this forum and am thankful to this day.
Prism is good for the free chips as long as you treat it as PLAY money
