The issue was ery speedily and efficiently solved by Mario. I got my money absolutely no hassle. He cashed out for me (I still have this problem on my installation).

Apparently my installation is corrupt. I have updated the software (but not actually a complete deinstall, fresh download and reinstall) but the withdrawl page is still ****ed up for me. I am sure it is ok on a correct installation tho. I certainly would be happy to deposit/play here again.
