From what I can tell, Cirrus casino takes a long time to pay out winnings to players. They agreed to only pay my win in 2k increments, in weekly payments. On top of this, it has been well over a week since my cashout, and I haven't recieved any payments yet.
Is there any way to get through to them? Has anyone gotten them to speed up their payments?
My complaint is not with the casino itself, as Cirrus is a good casino (IMHO), and the customer service is ery friendly. My only problem thus far has been with my cashout delay.
