Yes, the currency DOES rotate, however their terms do NOT give any choice as to currency, as a few players have found out by getting their fingers burned. It is because of this term, that it can be said that ANY mention of the UK Pound, however formulated, is specifically directed at UK players, and no other country; thus, it falls foul of the UK Gambling Commission regulations that specify that only whitelisted and EEA located casinos may advertise to UK players. My Email address is an ISP based one, and can be identified geographically as being a UK mailbox.

I cannot be held responsible for what happens if I were to forward this issue to the UK Gambling Commission, or indeed Trading Standards. It is Playshare's responsibility to make themselves aware of any updates to the terms and conditions for marketing into the UK, they were clearly posted on 1st September last.
