I just wanted to drop some update about the chat history I have asked.
NONE!!
just a reminder, 3 weeks ago I have asked from goldgate casino my chat history in order to show them that they told me other terms then the terms they showed me when they needed to pay.
no reply from them after several emails.
a week ago I have asked Iris, Playtech representative, the same request.
no reply from her too.
I really hope Brien can help me here, cause I am sure I have been robbed here, but it seems to me that there is nothing I can do!
Please advise...
