Well, I have played here and the terms I had were the earlier ones you quoted. This will all rest on whether you deposited before the new terms were posted or afterwards.
Casinomeister takes a dim iew of casinos that change terms after a deposit and then enforces said new terms on such old deposits. It will be necessary to prove that the old terms were current at the time of making the deposit.
Taking a screenshot helps, but is not absolute proof of the date in question. An independent means of erifying dates is needed.
If they are eCogra casinos a complaint to eCogra will probably be quicker (around 3 days), as all they will need to determine is what terms were present at the time of the deposit.
If you go through Bryan first, or post about it, eCogra may not mediate (they usually overlook a single post asking for advice, but not posts laying into the casino concerned).
