I am working from home today, but I have just followed up on this issue.

I will of course get your winnings released but as you predicted, this has to wait until I am back in the office next Tuesday but I will make this a priority to sort out. However, I have also credited your account with another £50 to apologise for the delay in waiting until Tuesday.
