I played one of their holiday ideo poker bonuses, which was labeled for play on Video Poker. I won money off of it and requested several cashouts. I sent in my id, a bill, and the form they wanted me to fill out.

I logged into my account several days ago to see the cashouts were declined. When I asked their live support why, the answer I got is attached....

So he went on to claim that somewhere in the T&C it says that multihand ideo poker is not considered ideo poker, even though he could not show me where it was.

Since Video Poker is a category of game (even one listed directly in their software) and never refers to single line, this is an obvious attempt to seize my rightfully earned winnings. I played no games besides single line and multiline ideo poker, and I am entitled to my winnings.

What should I do? How are these guys not rogued yet?
