It was purely an error on our part which has now been fixed, I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this error but I can assure you that this would have been spotted even if it wasnt posted here or anywhere else for that matter. This thread did help though in drawing our attention to this error which helped us solve it in time and pay those that are due their bonuses. So if you are still willing to lay down those dollars I will send you my address!
