This is a common problem with CS. They are based in Israel, and to make matters confusing, the Playcheck & Cashcheck times are Israeli time (GMT+2). However, all promotions are given on the website under EST (or EDT). I have experienced this problem with some promotions failing to work when they are still alid under EST, but are invalid with respect to Israeli time. Some of the support staff fall into the trap of assuming the casino promotional calendar operates to Israeli time, and it can be an effort to correct them. It would be worth all players realising this, and for David to ensure all CS agents are aware of this issue, and do not give out this Israeli time issue as an excuse to players as it looks incompetent.
