Fine - the answer is "let's check this out." If a casino is doing something that seems to be unfair, then let's address the issue and see if it can't be changed. I'll contact the casino to see what's up.

My question: has anyone PMd the casino rep? That's what the reps are here for. If you have PMd a casino rep, and they don't answer, then I need to be aware of this. Sometimes people are away on acation, at a conference, or they don't work there anymore. "Frank" has been employed at Peak Entertainment for years and he's normally pretty responsive.

If no one has, then WTF? How do you expect any changes to be made or questions to be answered if no one - who has the power of change - knows about this?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not passing the buck or pushing aside your question. I just feel that sometimes the casino reps can give a more precise answer than I can since they are aware of the reasons why certain terms exist - or how they are working.

The bottom line is: I don't want any casinos listed here that don't meet Casinomeister standards. But in the same breath, I believe that fairness is a two way street. I need to ensure that all issues are answered satisfactorily before making any decisions.
