Based on that screenshot, a player should assume Pai Gow is allowed. The quote is ery similar to the bonus terms from early 2005. In mid 2005, "table poker" was added to the list of restricted games as well. I doubt this is an intentional deception. I suspect it is either due to a sloppy T&C writer for their newsletter, or support reps not being aware of different terms for the newsletter bonus.
