if they carry this to its logical conclusion, then ALL of the table games involving cards and poker style rankings are a "form of ideo poker". Given that all are played on the PC, they are ALL "video" games anyway, and ALL the slots are "video slots".

What Mini Vegas actually mean is that the offer is "slots and keno only", but for some reason they persist in using these ague exclusion lists, and dodgy interpretations whenever they find any "non-slot" game is not covered in the game descriptions.
Other casinos will simply state "slots & keno only" for such offers, no problem here, but then most players would indeed only play the slots, and this would leave Mini Vegas having to pull the old "illegitimate play" stunt they used last year to oid winnings from players who played, and won, solely on the slot games. They NEVER came clean as to what these players have breached in the terms, but many were paid after Bryan and eCogra intervened.
