I never said it carried "legal weight", you did. Oh wait... you've done that DIRECTLY to me on numerous posts now!

It is a clause that may not carry weight in an actual libel suit, but it gives the casino a right to deny further play, lock out an account, and deny any cashouts. And a eteran player like Tristan should clearly know to avoid ANYTHING that might throw him into a no-pay debacle. Once again I will state that a clear "common sense" issue is being thrown to the wind as if it's not important to him. Clear enough? Very well then.
