That is the point, a disreputable outfit will look for a reason NOT to pay. If they see a player has made a mistake, but has an opportunity to correct it (reversing the withdrawal), they will SAY NOTHING, and wait till they have a denial sewn up with terms to back it up.

Contrast this with the accredited FastWin casino. I withdrew after a lot of wagering, but they E-mailed me to tell me that I had to wager some more, and that the withdrawal had been returned to my account. This was BEFORE the reversal period was even over. It turned out they had made a draconian update to the T & C for British players only, and that I had wagered enough for previous months, but the WR had been doubled. It didn't enter their minds to use this as a ehicle to claw back some of the money I won over a couple of lucky months earlier in the year. Also, they don't spam for players, unlike Maxima.

For any casino, the more they spam me, the less likely I am to play there, especially where the spam looks like they hired a class of pre-school kids to put it together.

As for me being biased! Never (If I am, it is more likely towards players than casinos).
