I know, the topic is being discussed. But the more I read the more confused I am about all the different theories.

So let me try to get this together.

Party and Skins are trying to inhibit multiple accounts of the same person. The question is, how are they doing it.

A) by comparing login data?
B) by checking IP number?
C) by checking local PC searching for installed skins (e.g. in registry)?
D) by checking Neteller account data?

Does anybody KNOW this?
