Assuming they knew who these players were in their Casinos and I would guess that pretty much every player has had cause for complaint at sometime or another in just about every damn Casino they have played.

That really is a personal reply that addresses the issues
Plus I noticed they state they are licensed in the UK, I don't think so!
At least they are not licensed to run Casinos in the UK which is why their gambling operations are licensed with the ever so ethical and reliable NOT Kahnawake gambling commission.
Now believe it or not I actually like Bodog so I am being gentle with them
