Highly unusual, most casinos would present the figures and argue how they show that the player had, in fact, gained a false impression and that in reality they WERE getting around the long term 95% mark that is the benchmark for online slots.
There are two reasons for this reply:-

1) They are so arrogant that they believe individual customers are "something the cat dragged in", and are expected not to question the god like figure of the Bodog brand.

2) The stats would confirm that the player had indeed experienced a long term substandard payout, and that the sample size was sufficient to stand up as proof of an unduly low payout setting, given that nearly every player now knows that individual RTG operators can set the slots as low as they choose, with 85% being rumoured as the lower setting used by many RTG casinos (probably less for the rogues who use giant boni to draw the players in).
