IMO, Virtual (and other rogues) monitor arious forums, and will hand pick active members such as Kathy and others to be their "poster child" for the casino. These hand picked people will be the ones that will always get paid, and in a timely fashion.
As I said before, these players are pawns in these rogue's game. When you break it all down, they are using these players, plain and simple.
Although the player doesn't know it, they are indirectly being paid to praise these rogue outfits.
