I don't think so.

I had to contact support a few days ago, and during that conversation I realised that I had two casino accounts with them. Not sure how that happened, but I was in a bit of a panic as I wasn't sure of the consequences. However, support's reply matched that of cheekymonkey.

Laddie's have no problem with multiple casino accounts, and will still give out bonuses etc. However what they will not allow are multiple poker accounts.
