You might try using Citadel, if it's still an option. I only used it once (this was while I was waiting for my NeTeller account to get verified and funded and had a bonus that I wanted to tackle); but the money went through immediately. They say something like the first transaction (max $500) will go through immediately, the second one will take a few days. They managed to get the money out of my bank account in what seemed like a day or less. I was surprised how fast they get the money from my bank (so I would make sure you have the funds in your bank already lest they be too efficient and overdraw you).
