I think the new answer to the OP ? is that you CAN'T get money out of neteller at the moment. No bank transfers, no ATM transfers, no check, and transferring to a peer who then transfers it back to you via a gambling site seems out too (ok, maybe not, keep getting conflicting info on that). I have about 2/3 of my bankroll tied up in Neteller at the moment and I can't afford to blow it buying crap from the handful of non-gambling sites that actually accept neteller payments.

Neteller created this problem themselves IMO. Their people should have stayed the hell off of US soil for 1. Voluntarily shutting down American accounts with no notice upon the arrest of their execs created the mess they are currently in. It's not like they weren't breaking the law BEFORE the arrests were made so why not let us make one final transaction to a damn "gambling" site rather than tying up our money for weeks or months? Telling us our money is safe but no, you can't have it isn't inspiring a lot of confidence in neteller for me and apparently they want to keep offering their services to non-Americans.
