That is what I have done, but I don't know about the cover play (for now I am waiting for the reload and will withdraw everything after that)... how much cover play would you need?

How many other sites allow this? When I was casinowhoring in the ancient past (2001), everybody allowed cheques, do they still? In that case I could just overdeposit for my next bonus and withdraw everything by cheque?

Or I might just get a Neteller card, but what guarantee do I have that they keep working (apparently they still do for people in my situation, with heavy fees, of course) ?

For Party Poker, you need to play 25% raked hands of the amount you want to withdraw. If you want to take out $500, you would have to play at least 125 raked hands.
