This means on the Cake poker network and not on Cake itself. There is sportsbook.com and another US betting site on the same network. There is also Red Star which is the same software, but not the same players.

It's debatable whether this is correct or not as you can have accounts at the other sites as well as Cake, but you need to use a different email address which is going to make it tough to get your money out as they only cashout to Neteller/Epassporte accounts with the same email address as you used to set up the account.

Also, Cake itself allows more than one account per household, so your wife/girlfriend/brother can have an account at Cake as well as you, as long as they have their own email address and a way of getting their withdrawals.
