The only thing that pops into my feeble mind is
1. P2P transfer to a non-US Eco account.
2. Non-US Eco whore deposits to US-friendly poker site
3. Non-US whore transfers to me via P2P at poker site

Main problem seems to be that Eco accounts are sparse among non-US whores. But, as previously stated, I'm willing to pay for the trouble.
