I make all my withdrawals through Neteller's bank draft system. It is pretty decent actually as long as you know when you are going to need your funds. What i do is withdraw any excess funds i have above my required bankroll whenever the exchange rate is favourable.

I ususally don't cashout less than $3000 at a time as the fee of $10 they charge becomes too great a % of my withdrawal.

I can't really comment on a party bank draft (which i think is what we are talking about) but the neteller draft usually takes 15-20days from when requested to arrive. I live in Newcastle. The Draft goes through Melb however so once it arrives it just takes the usual 3 days to clear as it is counted as domestic rather than international.
