1. Is there anyway i can make a min deposit into Moneybookers to avoid the 1.9% fee and then transfer a couple of $1000 into Moneybookers from my neteller account? (e.g. can i deposit into stars with neteller then make a small moneybookers deposit and withdraw the total out with moneybookers?)
2. Same question as above but once i have the money in moneybookers can i get it into neteller again?

I know when Neteller closed to Canadians, I deposited into Party with Neteller, did some cover play, and withdrew to Moneybookers with no issues. Of course they seem a little prickly with the 15% points clearance for deposits now, so that might not be palatable to you.
