SSHE recommends the following:

Loose Games: Raise AA-99 AKs-ATs KQs-KJs AK-AJ KQ
Tight Games: Raise AA-TT AKs-AJs AK-AQ.

In tight games I believe there will not be enough people in the pot to make raising with ATs KQs-KJs AJ & KQ +EV.

They still advocate playing AJ just not raising with it.
