I'd bet 20+ since you won't have position for the rest of the hand. Flop is perfect for you. If the guy has AK then oh well.... you lose. I'd bet right out at the flop because you won't get paid unless he has an ace usually. Back to how you played it, you should bet flop, he calls.... his call screams an ace or an idiot with a lower pair or possibly kq, unlikely because you have KK. I would have called him instantly and laughed when he flipped QQ. Your turn check was very weak, but it wasn't a bad check if you were trapping and were prepared to call whatever he bet... instead you folded... the problem in this hand is you're playing above your comfort level. Step down to where you feel comfortable then you can play. Scared money is worthless in NL. You made a terrible fold, only three hands beat you AA, AK, and A(turn card x). If the guy has AA he'd have reraised you preflop most likely, AK probably would have just called.... but again, you're playing scared. Don't play this high until you are comfortable with the size of the bets.
