First is understanding your own cards.
2nd is trying to read your opponents cards.
I think 3rd was reading what your opponent thinks you have.
4th was knowing exactly what your opponent has and figuring out how to get the most out of his stack.
I have moments of being all 4.
As I get more experienced (note I didn't say "better") I have more lucid moments where I do know what my opponent has and act accordingly... but this does not happen very often. Most of the time I am lucky to get to level 3.
Considering that most players seem to struggle with level 1, I guess that puts me at a considerable advantage against most players.
