I wouldn't think there would be any difference actually... if you have AK there's 6 cards left out of 49 that would result in an A or K on the first card of the flop (49 due to burn card).
If that card is not an A or K then your next card has a 6/48 chance and final card 6/47.

So how does that compute to 26% or 32% ?
You convert exactly what you said into numbers.. (except for the part about the burn card)

6/50 + (44/50 * 6/49) + (44/50 * 43/49 * 6/48 ) = 0.324
