Agreed. Says it all without wasting a lot of people's time. Most regulars will get it, and know to move on, especially when it shows up time after time as the standard polite response.
That said, just as the Notify Mod button should be used with discretion, I think this standard response should likewise be used sparingly (hopefully). |
