best place for poker poooks....................Barnes and Noble. At least 50 titles on the shelves. They have chairs, coffee, ac, hot young chicks looking for cliffs notes, and even some sexy employees. grab a stack, read a lot, make a mess, and leave. you dont have to rely on the stars store.

and dont diss jones' book. its been the best initial improve your game book out there. A lot of the thoughts that have to flash thru your mind at warp speed start in that book. HE isnt as wild as the 90s, but its still very relevant to becoming a better player. I dont think Hilger is much of a help to a new player. Especially the , "you can make a couple extra hundred a month off promotions" line he puts in.
