Of the books I have I think Small Stakes Hold'em by Miller/Sklansky/Malmuth is the best. But I am sure if you look through the threads again you will find others too. I am sure that another hold'em book was rated higher than this by others.

P.S. I found best price was with Amazon, but I bought "Positively Fifth Street" by James McManus at the same time and was a free-post deal at the combined price.
