Gotta agree with Grinder - there is NO way that you haven't tilted. Tilt isn't always a complete moronic blowout, it often is quite slow - like when you start steaming from a few ugly beats and you start playing more passively since you are "expecting" to get another bad beat. That is tilt. I consider myself a very mellow, calm, patient person, and I know I go on tilt. Happens at least a couple of times a month, and I play professionally.

You might need to spend some time figuring out when you aren't playing optimally and figure out the trigger, so you recognize it. I recognize several of my tilt triggers now, and force myself to walk away when they occur to try nip tilt in the bud.

Stats alone don't mean much (for example, my VP$IP is lower than yours, but it is an outgrowth of my style and the tables I seek out, plus I play at a higher limit than you do), but the stat the hit me - like everybody else - was your WTSD/W$SD stats. There is no doubt that you are making a few too many "good laydowns" to save chips, which is definitely costing you. WTSD of ~30%, with a W$SD b/t 50 and 55% is fairly normal. If an opponent of mine has a fairly high W$SD over a good number of hands, it usually is a strong indication that they make "good laydowns", which I exploit mercilessly.

W$WSF of around 33-35% should be what you are getting overall.

Blind stealing/defense in a loose game is really overrated, BTW, so don't get too fixated on those numbers.

Sadly, I wouldn't be able to comment much further without seeing more specific hands, etc... there just isn't enough to go on otherwise. Remember that you shouldn't really focus on your stats per se. It's a common thing that people do when they get PT to focus on making their stats fit a certain profile. Focus less on that, than using the stats to identify issues with your game to fix.
