*heh* I always wondered why I started spewing chips after I read SSHE and you are probably right. It was one of the first books I read and while it would be too simple to say that it gave you excuses to call or raise in any situation, it definately had a lean towards that thinking.

I should probably get the Jones book for my dad who looks for reasons to stay. The other day he is in a pot with 99 and the flop comes QQT. Personally, I would have run screaming from that flop. Turn is a J and River is a K and he loses to an A high straight.

I ask him why he even stayed in with 99 after that flop and he said, well I had 2 pair...

Somedays I don't like admitting that we are related....
