For basic stuff like this, check the Micro-Limits FAQ at 2+2. Bottom section has links to threads that contain starting charts you can download. (BTW, NEVER use the "loose" charts if they are available. Always work off the "tight" charts when you have a choice.)
Now, if you'd like to discuss specifics on those charts, we'd be more than happy too, but that should get you started.

To add to the information overload you are about to experience, I would HIGHLY recommend that you look into Lee Jones "Winning Low Limit Hold'em" as a good starting book as well, just to get your play solidifed. (Disclaimer: I haven't read Sklanky's Low Limit book.) From there, play a bit, then pick up and devour SSHE and apply its lessons liberally.
And I will repeat my mantra from earlier threads on this. Do not read SSHE first. You will spew money faster than you ever thought possible. It is a fantastic "intermediate" book, but you need some basics and a good amount of experience before you can employ its selectively hyper-aggressive style effectively.
Good luck! |
