Tilt comes in many forms. Playing super-weak is just one of them.

You hit a rough patch there. Losing AA to other premium pocket pairs like that isn't going to happen 3 times in a row often - but the odds aren't really that outrageous for it either. (Maybe 1 in a 100 times, considering a push preflop?)

Based on your feelings of frustration you expressed, my advice would be brutally simple. Stop playing. Take a few days off, a week if need be. First couple of days do NOTHING with poker at all - don't read about it, don't watch any poker on TV - avoid it like the plague, give your mind a rest. Then pick up your favorite book or two, jump onto the 2+2 forums, and get your game re-centered - get the feel for handling standard situations correctly, and then step back in - at a lower limit. Play the NL100 for a day or two, MAYBE the NL200 - just for a couple of days to work on restoring your confidence and aggression. Then when things are going well, step up to NL400 again, but maybe only dual table for a day or two while you focus on your reads and your play. If you find yourself playing weak, afraid of suckouts, stop and figure out why. You can't play poker effectively if you are going to be playing "scared".

Nearly all of us have been through this at one point or another. Having an ugly run is tough to deal with, but when it starts affecting your mood (been there), you have to step back and give yourself a chance to regain your confidence.
