The big problem I see is WtSD = 22.66%. You are laying down winners lots of times - as you describe it "knowing when to get out on the turn". This is your huge leak.

A <much> smaller leak is your blind defense. At $0.50/1 and lower there aren't that many folks stealing blinds. You defend your big blind about 50% of the time. I think that is too much. You are out of possition with commonly the worse hand preflop. Even at half price that is a tough place to play unless your post flop skills are superior. I think your results would be better with half as many big blind defenses. As for your small blind defense - maybe it is a hair low but if so not too much.

I also think you are missing a few raises. My PT rating system would rate you a rock rather than a TAG. I use 7% PFR as my minimum for TAG rating. You should be raising at least 50% more often - aim for a PFR at least 7% or better 8+%. <Assuming you are playing full rings. If you are playing 6-max - Stop!>

Lastly, the other serious leak I see is your site selection / table selection. Loooking at your stats it seems the tables you are playing are too tight / too tough. You have 23K hands and yet got a chance to steal blinds a whopping 936 times. This implies that most of the times hands are heads up or three way. While poker life gets that way at higher levels, it should not be so at $0.50/1 and lower. Try playing on party or paradise. The site(s) you are playing is/are not very fishy at all.

Practice make perfect. You are thinking about the right things but clearly need some work on your judgement about going to showdown. Try playing on weaker sites, paradise has tables as low as $0.02/.04 party starts at $0.50/1. Do not focus on bonus play until you get up to playing $0.50/1. Most of all you need a confidence boost. Go on a +10BB/100 run - feel the rush.
