good advice guys but there is lots of money to made here. Bonuses are drying up so it is best to hit them as soon as your ready. I made lower-mid 5 figures in my first year of doing this shit.

Next year it may not be possible to hit that.

Also the time value of money. I'd rather have 30 k now then 30k next year.
