If your showdown percent is 7% - that is likely a big part your problem. It is a strong indication of a shift in playing style to weak-tight. People are often able to run over you. This is a major problem, it could account for most of your loses.

If you see an unplanned major shift in your key PT statistics - like a WTSD% going from 60 to 7 - that is a clear sign of problems in your game. I think any big change in your VP$iP, PFR, WTSD% or W$aSD over a large number of hands is a sign of serious trouble.
