Mahdrek, this question comes up about every month. If you search the history you can find out what you need to know about the software.

Most of us use PokerTracker, but not all. You will also need a heads-up display, I use PAHUD. This type of software is essential for multi-tabling.

It will take you months, perhaps years, to make good use of the data from PokerTracker. The software isn't that hard to learn, but applying the new data you have to your poker game is a long process. I'm still leaning even though I have almost 100,000 pokertracker hands under my belt the last year or so. I think I am about at 65% of the potential (and that is likely me being stuodily over optimistic.)
